  • Mastered the basic movement patterns and their more advanced variations

  • Learned the meaning of intent and how to apply it to your training

  • Adopted more advanced nutrition concepts specific to your goals

  • Set specific, training related goals

At this point, it's all about fun. You should be consistently setting new goals and training with a purpose.
