MIND≈BODY CONNECTION
There is growing analysis of how thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact physical health, and how physical well-being impacts our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. It is a complementary relationship; requiring one to nourish the other for optimal functioning.

and the body functions better with a healthy mind.
