Our success path is a step-by-step process broken up into four phases, each of which builds on the previous:

  • Step 1 - Setting the stage: The essential, foundational stage where we establish your 'why' for starting your fitness journey and build successful movement and lifestyle habits.

  • Step 2 - Building on the foundation: All about building momentum from step one. You'll kick up the difficulty in your training and learn more about important concepts for your fitness journey.

  • Step 3 - Training with a purpose: A major shift in your journey where fitness really starts to become fun. Your understanding of movement, training and nutrition, and goal setting allow you to take more ownership of the training process. In this phase you will shift your fitness focus towards setting more advanced goals and training with a purpose.

  • Step 4 - Consistently Challenging: The culmination of all your work and progress from the first three phases. You've mastered the basics, built sustainable fitness and lifestyle habits, and shifted your focus towards setting challenging fitness goals. Step 4 is all about consistently setting, working towards, and re-evaluating your goals so that you stay motivated and challenged in your fitness journey!
